Product Introduction
Rotary Screen Machine is widely used for sieving and grade. It provides a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide range of material. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. Both wet and dry rotary screen machines are available for screening and washing plant.
Rotary Screen Machine is constructed of high quality material, designed for high performance, high production rates, lower operating costs and lower maintenance. After the materials are fed into the drum, the materials are classified, and the bigger materials flow forward along the inclination of drum and are classified through different mesh screens gradually. Classified small materials will fall into respective bunker, and are delivered into finished product stack through manpower or belt conveyor.

Working Principle:
The raw materials through the entrance of the inlet will be pushed into the rotary drum and cylinder sieve. Raw materials in the rotary drum cylinder will be selected by the rotation of rotary drum sieve, and with the rotating of the cylinder the materials that smaller than the screen mesh will flow down by gravity, and the oversize materials will flow througn the cylinder and discharge from outlet at the machine end.
